PLC Control Cabinet |
![]() This control system was developed for a prototype rotary assembly machine incorporating 4 Allen-Bradley Power Flex drives and an Allen-Bradley SLC 505 Ethernet PLC.
|
Allen-Bradley HMI |
![]() This HMI (Human Machine Interface) was developed for control of an automated inspection machine incorporating a Banner Plus Pro vision system, several VFDs and various pneumatic actuators. HMI was interfaced to an Allen-Bradley SLC series PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). |
Mitsubishi Q |
![]() This machine control retrofit involved the replacement of a siemens S-200 PLC with a Mitsubishi Q series PLC. Aso, you can see the space we had to work with was tight to say the least. |
Control Cabinet |
![]() This control cabinet was developed to control a large linear indexing assembly machine incorporating three Yamaha robots, a machine vision system, a servo drive rotary turret and various pneumatic pick n' place stations. Control was provided by an Allen-Bradley SLC 505 PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller) and a Allen-Bradley Panel View HMI (not shown). |
Pouching Machine |
![]() Pharmaceutical pouching machine controls retrofit. Retrofit involved replacing a Siemens S200 PLC with Mitsubishi Q series PLC. Wrote PLC code on-site in Japan, to Synchronize two previously asynchronous machines and improve machine speed. Added CC-Link control network to share information between two Mitsubishi Q series PLCs. We ended up having to reprogram nearly the entire machine including two Mitsubishi robots to pull off the task. |
